Capri Beauty College is proud of our quality and committed faculty. The original College founders have been, and continue to be, actively involved in the day-to-day operations since the College was founded in 1960. Over the years we've added many talented individuals to our team, making Capri Beauty College Chicago's one of Illinois' finest cosmetology colleges.

Executive Staff:

• Frederick Seil—College President

  Corporate President since 1961. Former Salon Owner.
  Specializes in Corporate Management, Financial Aid Administration and Salon Management.

• Thomas Seil—Vice President

  Corporate Vice President. Pivot Point Program Educator. Licensed Instructor since 1987. Specializes in Men's Sculpting Techniques, Color Technology/Advanced Theory Instruction.

• Amy Ruff—Vice President.

  Master of Arts Degree/Educational Administration. With Capri Beauty College since 1987. Specializes in Financial Aid Administration, Counseling Services, faculty evaluations and supervision. Co-directs the Instructor Program.

• Tricia Seil—Vice President

  Evening Program Director. Licensed Instructor since 1984 Specializes in Corporate Financing Admissions Counseling, Student/faculty evaluations and Curriculum Implementation

• Leslie D. Zitzka—Secretary/Treasurer

• Joan C. Seil—Director of Education

  Licensed Instructor since 1967. Specializes in Curriculum Development. Illinois Law and Internship Program, Member of the Illinois Beauty Barber Board.

Cosmetology Faculty and Staff:

In addition to our experienced executive staff, the Chicago campus is supported by a talented cosmetology faculty; all Chicago Campus instructors have received the 'Golden Ribbon Award', which is Capri Beauty College's highest award. Our licensed clinic and theory instructors have a wide range of experiences and specialties to share including instruction in the following:
