Enrollment Checklist

To ensure your enrollment into Capri Beauty College is smooth, we recommend you attend to the following:

Prior To Registration

1. Book an interview and tour of Capri Beauty College's campus. Call Capri New Lenox Beauty College at
   815-485-3020 extension 210 to set up your interview and schedule a visit.
2. Complete an Application for Admission.
3. Provide an official transcript of graduation from an approved school providing secondary education.
4. Complete a Free Federal Student Aid Application for Capri Beauty College, school code 013088. If applying visit fafsa.ed.gov for more information about available student aid options.

At the Time of Registration

1. Pay the registration and lab coat fee.
2. Provide a current State Driver's License or Official State Identification.
3. Sign an Enrollment Agreement.
