Capri Beauty College preparing students for success for more than 50 years

Staff Report from the Education Guide / 22nd Century Media / 2013-02-08

Capri Beauty College has been preparing men and women to become professional hair designers for more than 53 years. They have seen every style trend: pixies, feathers, beehives, shags, Mohawks, perms, and shades of every color under the sun.

Capri's graduates are men and women who were seeking a change and an independent profession. They work uptown, downtown, neighborhood salons, and in home salons while their children nap. Some graduates have ventured out of the country, while others have moved to different climates and clients. Many became instructors, hair product representatives, chain store owners, platform artists and even salon owners.

Capri offers students education, professional integrity and a career for the future. Capri does not promote a commercial product line, but rather a Pivot Point education which is recognized in every country across the globe. Promoting a desire for entry into a new and exciting career is a key theme on campus. Regardless of one's current livelihood, adding a second career can provide a supplemental income from a satisfied clientele following. In an ever-changing economy, this offers additional security.

The college offers courses that can be completed within a year. Course completion leads to a state board written exam and cosmetology license that can provide a lifetime career. For some, it's their first career endeavor and for others it's a break from current job disenchantment. Age is never a barrier to entry and necessary skills can be learned. Ultimately, the biggest reward is creating a new look for the client ... priceless.

Congratulations Lincoln-Way Students
